CAMEROON MEDICAL MISSIONS: Networking Session in Houston Texas

The meeting which was a collaborative effort between MedStar Clinical Associates and Nursing Bridges was attended by leaders of other non profit organizations with a similar vision, to share ideas and raise funds for the Cameroon Medical Mission.
The Networking session was special because it brought together Nigerians and Cameroonian organizations and the business community as well as health care professionals with a passion for healthcare in their various countries. Nursing Bridges led by Mr. and Mrs Itaman for example has organized several medical mission trips to Nigeria offering medications, consultations and medical supplies for years. The City For Jesus Medical Missions is also an organization that carries out Medical Missions in Africa mostly In Nigeria.
Rev Pameala Fomunong from the City for Jesus Crusade was one of the guest speakers at this event. She shared the Experience of City for Jesus Medical Missions in Nigeria and the road map for achieving Success from Medical Missions. She pointed out areas of concern that should be address and how the mission should be structured and implemented to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
The Houston Event was successful in raising some funds for the Medical Mission with the help of Dr. Rachel Tita.
